Bottle fermented for 3 years and first released in 2017, this Mudgee Vintage Sparkling is back for an encore. The addition of six years on the lees has increased the complexity and texture that we adore in this Grande Cuvée. A multitude of fine beads carry the dry, yet luscious flavours seamlessly across the palate. A dosage of late harvest Chardonnay balances the wine and adds a honey note.
