2017 Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay

Bottle fermented, this single vintage, single estate cuvée is packaged with all the expected character from seven years on the lees. It has pronounced lemon freshness and apple and pear flavours with graceful and enduring acidity. The focused acidity, toasty notes and fine beading produced from full methode traditionelle make this a very special wine.
